Annual Grass Valley Global IP Barometer ‘state of the nation’ report

Industry report to drive awareness and sales opportunities

The Global IP Barometer report first launched in January 2017 providing a market view of the transition to IP within the broadcast industry. It aims to inform industry, drive sales engagement and media coverage and social media engagement.

Grass Valley tasked T/F/D with developing a strategy to launch and promote the research to ensure maximum impact among key audiences and encourage ongoing conversation in the industry, helping drive sales opportunities.

T/F/D planned to launch the report via a webinar with customer BT Sport as well as with co-ordinated media interviews and articles. It developed a social media plan to engage key audiences. It also recommended speaker opportunities to help thought leadership positioning.

323 people attended the IP webinar including a number of tier one broadcasters. Coverage appeared in key media titles globally. 19.5K impressions were generated on social media as a result of 15 Twitter posts. T/F/D secured speaker slots at industry conferences including MediaTech 360.
