Project Description

In:Confidence – a different take on data privacy and security

Sell-out event attracting industry-leading speakers

Privitar was planning its inaugural In:Confidence event looking at the risks and opportunities of data privacy. It wanted to attract the best speakers and high quality delegates and encourage ongoing discussion about one of the hottest topics of 2018.

T/F/D was tasked with helping build brand awareness and business growth through driving event registrations and providing recommendations for maximising sales engagement during the event.

T/F/D devised recommendations for increasing registrations through the use of social media engagement, media outreach and a compelling content strategy. It also provided considerations to maximise sales engagement at the event.

T/F/D secured a Bloomberg journalist to attend and cover the event. Attendee registration increased from 50 to 170 people in under a month. 130 people attended. Privitar saw solid sales outcomes including re-engagements from previously cold contacts. 54,000 Twitter impressions with #InConfidence trending.
